The freshkill count shows how much prey is in your freshkill pile. Each adult is equal to two pieces of prey (except for kits; they have milk) and each apprentice is equal to one piece of prey. If the amount of food your Clan has drops below the population of the Clan, the Clan will begin to starve. Clan mood will decrease, and the negative effects of a low Clan mood will kick in. Nothing will occur if you have a good cat to freshkill ratio (except happiness c:).
